alert Dialog with count down for execution line code

when the alert is prompt to the screen - i want to play a sound like a
digital clock that build from some channels that start slowly and going
faster and faster, (after 10 sec its be very slow, after more 10 sec it's
will be more faster than before and again....)
how can i do it?
i try Timer that avilable in Java but Android force close my app.
if Handler is the answer: i lookfor handler but i still not understand how
to use it
