I have created a full Content Management System with E-commerce and Blog.
I am selling this to my customers, but I want to create some form of user
agreement (or something like that) so that they can't get another company
in and change/use my code.
I have spent a long time creating this system and I want to do what I can
to protect it.
Now I there are some free to use jquery plugins so I have to state this in
what ever document I need. (these are all in there with there full
copyright codes etc, as they came when I got them)
Anyone got any ideas what I need to look at writing?
